HPS Achieves IDW Silver Band of Excellence

The Industry Data Warehouse (IDW) is a data portal (managed by IDEA) that enables distributors to securely access accurate and current product information from manufacturers enabling them to promote products in a more consistent and organized manner.

HPS is excited to announce that we have now expanded the product data attributes supported within IDW, achieving the Silver Band of Excellence.  To quality for Silver, 90-95% of stock products in the IDW are required to be populated with spec sheets, attributes, image URLs, and descriptions.

Distributors will be required to agree to the HPS Distributor Agreement Addendum in order to access HPS product and pricing data in one standardized electronic format.  In addition to product specifications and dimensions, the data will also include links to product images, specification sheets, brochures and other technical information.
