HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, September 13, 2016: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on September 30, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2016. The ex-dividend date is September 21, 2016.
