HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, June 2, 2017: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on June 23, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2017. The ex-dividend date is June 14, 2017.
