Can HPS Centurion P passive filters create system resonance?

Harmonic resonance occurs when a harmonic frequency produced by a non-linear load (VFD) closely coincides with a power system's natural frequency (determined by the power system inductance and capacitance). The HPS Centurion™ P Passive Harmonic Filter forces the power system parallel resonant frequency to be below the lowest (5th) harmonic produced by a 6-pulse rectifier. This prevents resonance from occurring.
