E-Quotes V2 Enhancements

HPS is continuously enriching E-Quotes V2 to provide users with ease-of-access and increased convenience.  Several improvements, such as improved printing formats, have been made to E-Quotes over the first Quarter with more to come throughout this year.

Previous issues with Order Status  (missing and/or incomplete data) have been diagnosed and corrected.  Although updates will now be synced hourly to the ERP system, some information (such as tracking numbers for remote warehouses) may not be able to be entered until the following day.   Our Information Services department is currently developing a single screen screen format and anticipate to have this completed in three to four months.

We encourage E-Quotes V2 users to use Firefox or Google Chrome as their Internet browser, however Internet Explorer is also now an option.  For instructions on how to access E-Quotes with Internet Explorer please email mvan@hammondpowersolutions.com for further details.
