Hammond Power Solutions Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, June 4, 2014: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on June 25, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 18, 2014. The ex-dividend date is June 16, 2014.
