HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, March 3, 2017: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on March 24, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2017. The ex-dividend date is March 15, 2017.
