HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, September 3, 2015: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on September 24, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 17, 2015. The ex-dividend date is September 15, 2015.
